1103 Bear Post Log Bed

The Bear Post Log Bed is similar to the GoodTimber Bed however it has the added touch of our beautifully carved bears and pine cones, and the 5 foot head posts give it the king sized look.

Entire bed frame built from nice-sized lodgepole pine logs & sturdy lumber. Full log side rails (no metal side rails) for added strength and to keep the rustic look a log bed was meant to have. Rough cut lumber mattress supports to give your mattress the support it needs. Sturdy 100% mortise & tenon construction (including the mattress supports) meaning each log end is tenoned to fit inside a hole drilled in an adjoining log and then bolted together. Comes already finished with Benjamin Moore Brand Finish.

If your mattress is different than these standard sizes, it is your responsibility to contact us and let us know so we can custom build your bed or headboard. American Mattress Size Standards: Cal King: 72" x 84", King: 76" x 80", Queen: 60" x 80", Full/Double: 54" x 75", Single/Twin: 39" x 75".

Side rail holes are drilled approx. 10" and 20" above the ground leaving approx. 7-9" of clearance underneath the bed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you add dowels to this bed, they will be added to cover every bolt except the bolts that run through the bear carvings. Plugs will be sent to cover these 2 bolts instead of dowels.
