Please note that this bed comes with all the add-ons as shown, except for the antler sconces; the reason we offer the extra side rails option in checkout is becuase once in a while customers like the rails to be up higher on the bed. However, the extra side rails are NOT necessary for the funcionality of the bed, just if you would like them for a different look.
